Monogrammed items are not eligible for return

Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we sent you the wrong item by mistake, in which case we’ll gladly reimburse you

We won’t accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of a lost package without proof of delivery

If we receive an item unfit for return, we will send it back with an explanation of why we cannot accept it

We promptly handle returns and exchanges after the return shipment is received

Refunds are always credited to the original form of payment
